Exchange/Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns for purchases but we are more than happy to accept exchanges. We will need you to contact us for a return and any unexpected returns will not be accepted. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product.

We will gladly exchange for all non-clearance merchandise received within 5 days of receipt of item(s). Any expedited or any special shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error has occurred. Return mailing labels will be your responsibility since our shipping is free to you. Please contact us immediately at orders@adornedclothing.com for any exchange inquiry, as we will refuse any unauthorized return. All items are inspected prior to shipping to check for damaged or defective merchandise, In the event it is our error versus USPS Shipping damage(we cannot control the processing or shipping or damage of items mailed) but please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for store policy. We at Adorned Want you to be completely satisfied with your order in the event that a item does it fit as you thought it would we will gladly exchange it for a different size. return shipping would be your responsibility since we ship for free within the U.S.

We will not accept any worn or damaged items(makeup stains, perfume,cologne,ripped,stretched etc.) Item to be returned or exchanged has to be in new condition as it was shipped.

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 24-48 Hours for processing, Shipping is Between 2-5 Business Days via regular USPS first class mail. Tracking number provided.

If There is ever a item size or color that is sold out you can request that item be restocked. please emails us at orders@adornedclothing.com
